The staff were fantastic and the hotel was extraordinary. Our double room with a balcony was wonderfully spacious, and the bathrooms were impressive as well. the breakfast offered a stunning view and had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the location was ideal, just a short distance from the center of Pfunds and the Fiss ski lift.

Wow! Our stay at Pension St.Lukas was absolutely mind-blowing! The location of the accommodation was super perfect, with the river as our soothing background sound. The room was jaw-droppingly clean and cozy, with fresh towels and a bottle of water waiting for us. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing us with a detailed description of where our room was located. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the friendly host made sure everything was okay. The off-site car park right in front of the structure was a huge convenience. The strong wi-fi and flat-screen TV added a modern touch to our stay. We also loved the fact that we could relax in the steam room and Turkish bath at the spa & wellness center. The electric kettle and cookware/kitchen utensils in our room made it feel like a home away from home. The ski storage was perfect for our skiing gear, as we visited the nearby ski resort. The hiking and cycling trails nearby provided us with a fantastic opportunity to explore the beautiful surroundings. The children's play area and board games were a great addition for families with kids. Plus, it was wonderful to know that pets are allowed and there are non-smoking rooms available. We absolutely recommend this place to everyone and can't wait to come back!

All the rooms have private bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy during my stay. The apartment with a balcony was a great feature, allowing me to enjoy the outdoors without leaving the comfort of my room. The fact that all rooms are equipped with a TV was a nice touch for relaxing evenings after a day of outdoor activities. The apartment with an oven was a bonus, giving me the option to cook and enjoy meals in my own space.

Personally, I found the dishwasher in the apartment to be unnecessary, as I didn't mind doing my own dishes.

The customer service provided was not satisfactory. the hotel owner refused to accept our credit cards, claiming there was an issue with them, even though we have used them without any problem in other places.
